Medal winners for the Colts in the season opening Mt. Lakes Wrestling Tournament yesterday: 2nd place - Wyatt Sisco at 190 lbs. 3rd place Steve Malfitano at 106 bs. & Jack Doty at 120 lbs. 4th place - Collin Altieri at 126 lbs., Luke Baitzel at 157 lbs. & Zac Nelson at 215 lbs.

Congrats to K Volleyball - 2023 NJSIAA North 1, Group 1 State Sectional Champs! The girls defeated Bogota 2-0 (25-17, 27-25) to win the title. Next up - Group 1 State Semifinals on Thursday at Verona at 4:30 pm.

K Volleyball defeated Park Ridge in straight sets yesterday (25-17, 25-22) in the NJSIAA North 1, Group 1 sectional semifinal. The team will now host Bogota on Tuesday 11/7 at 4:30 pm with the sectional title on the line - GO COLTS!

K Volleyball defeated Cresskill in straight sets today (25-11, 25-12) in the NJSIAA North 1, Group 1 sectional quarterfinals. The team now advances to the sectional semifinals at Park Ridge HS on Friday 11/3 at 4 pm. GO COLTS!

Congratulations to the KHS XC teams for running great NJSIAA State Sectional races yesterday as the Boys finished 2nd & the Girls 5th! Grace Mougalian placed 2nd & Kyle Bjornson placed 4th in their individual races. Both teams qualified for the State Group meet next weekend.
